We highly recommend that you ensure that the property you're considering has all the features you need. These days you can expect many properties to offer satellite or cable television, and some will offer wi-fi and other high tech options. However you may not want or need any of the super facilities and be happier with the simple things in life, perhaps a pint of beer in a local pub.

Escape To Asheridge

In Asheridge, high season tends to match the summer school holidays, with mid-season a month either side. School holidays tend to be mid-July to the end of August.

The private and state schools tend to have differing half-term dates, but normally the first half of June is summer half-term. It's recommended to make an early booking to ensure your date, especially during high season, but it's not impossible to find a last minute opportunity.

In recent years there has been an increase in the size of cottage agencies. Generally speaking that means that someone is always checking the quality of Asheridge accommodation, either in person, or based on customer feedback.

All About Cottages

When you choose your Asheridge accommodation its worth bearing in mind the group of people staying with you. If you're travelling to Asheridge in a group of single people, are there enough beds in the bedrooms?

Most dog owners like to take their four legged friends away with them on trips to Asheridge. Many places will accept dogs, but it's always a good idea to double check in advance if it's not mentioned on the booking website.

Enjoy your holiday, we're syure you deserve it. The world moves so very fast and it's great to take a break.

Cottages For Holidays

The rise in popularity of holiday cottages is clear - more and more people are choosing to spend their holidays in the UK. It just seems a little pointless to fly half way around the world when there are so many great places to see in Asheridge.

For families, a cottage holiday can be a wonderful experience - free of the humdrum routine of home life. Hotels and B&Bs are great, but they still have long lists of rules that can take the fun out of a holiday.

No need to vacate your room when you want to be having a lie in, no need to feel bad about eating at a restaurant when you've already paid for your hotel meal.
