Welcome To Our Selection of Holiday Cottages

Whenever you're travelling to Carbost, there are a few things you should always take with you. Rainproof clothing and a light umbrella should be the first things to pack. The rain only comes when you are not prepared.

We always make sure we take a good book. There's always plenty of downtime on a cottage holiday, and so it's a great time to catch up on a read. Although you can buy your essential food and drink items locally, it's great to have them with you so you can make a sandwich or a cup of coffee as soon as you arrive. We're often asked which is the best place to stay, and it's so hard to answer, it really depends what you are looking for.

Escape To Carbost

The best cottages in in Carbost are representative of the good standards you'll find across the UK. Cottages have really improved in the last 10+ years.

Meaning that the days of sub-standard amenities, bedding and even heating are left behind in the 20th Century. We absolutely recommend you contact the owner or the agent if something is missing, broken, or simply not as advertised.

It may be easy to resolve quickly and without any further inconvenience or confusion.

All About Cottages

Before you start to research your holiday accommodation, it's worth asking everyone what they are looking for. Is there agreement on an old fashioned cottage, or should you be looking for something contemporary with all the modern appliances?

If you have a dog, you may like to bring him or her to Carbost with you. Many places will accept dogs, but it's always a good idea to double check in advance if it's not mentioned on the booking website.

Don't forget to make the most of your Highland holiday - none of us get enough of them!

Cottages For Holidays

For many people the perfect UK holiday is staying in a cottage, and it's clearly an increasing trend. It just seems a little pointless to fly half way around the world when there are so many great places to see in Carbost.

Cottage holidays are the perfect antidote to the tiresome repetition of city or town life. Hotels and B&Bs are great, but they still have long lists of rules that can take the fun out of a holiday.

Say goodbye to the structure of fixed meal times, the frustrations of noisy room-mates that you don't know and irritating staff!
