Welcome To Our Selection of Holiday Cottages

If you want to have the best cottage holiday possible in Feltwell, we suggest a few key items to take along. Rainproof clothing and a light umbrella should be the first things to pack. The rain only comes when you are not prepared.

We think a good book is another essential. Not just an opportunity to catch up on your reading, but also to pass the time waiting for everyone else to get themselves ready, or wait out the rain! Finally you should take a few initial supplies, such as tea, coffee, milk, bread and some cheese. Of course you can usually buy them locally but it's easy to forget and there's nothing better than a cup of tea before you start unpacking. We have stayed in many types of cottage, and we've decided we like both traditional and modern - it just depends on where we're going.

Escape To Feltwell

In Feltwell, high season tends to match the summer school holidays, with mid-season a month either side. School holidays tend to be mid-July to the end of August.

If you want to avoid half-term in the summer, draw a line through the first two weeks of June. Booking early is always a good idea. You have a much better chance of getting your preferred date and accommodation. But, that doesn't mean its impossible to get a late booking.

Cottage agencies are growing in size as a greater number of independents sign up with them. As a consumer this has a positive impact - in theory the facilities and standards are kept to a pre-agreed level.

All About Cottages

When you choose your Feltwell accommodation its worth bearing in mind the group of people staying with you. If you have young kids in the party you may want to think twice about open fires, and of course some of the oldest cottages may have lower ceilings than those you are used to.

Most dog owners like to take their four legged friends away with them on trips to Feltwell. If the description of the Feltwell cottage does not indicate that its pet friendly, please contact the owner before confirming the booking.

We want you to have a great Norfolk holiday so we wish you the best of luck finding your perfect accomodation.

Cottages For Holidays

Without a doubt the cottage holiday is becoming a more popular way to spend free time. The cost and inconvenience of international travel is unnecessary when we have such excellent things to do in Feltwell.

Getting away from the boring day to day life at home can be fantastic for families or friends alike. The fact that you are renting a unique 'unit' means that you can do what you want, when you want.

You don't have to eat at set times with set menus, get out of the room by a certain time or tiptoe around other guests late at night.
