As with any holiday, we encourage you to ensure that the facilities meet the needs of your fellow guests (or spouses). If you're travelling with friends they may have very different expectations compared to staying with your family - such as a nearby pub. Many guests book holiday cottages for a break from all this stuff and prefer to read a book, open a bottle of wine, and just relax.

Escape To Hady

The rates for Hady cottages are highest in the warmer months, generally aligning with the school holidays. The school summer holidays generally run from the middle of July to late August.

Half term dates are different for different schools, but normally summer half-term is around the first two weeks of June. Although we really encourage you too book your cottage early, there are opportunities for last minute bookings, so it can be worth checking.

Cottage agencies are growing in size as a greater number of independents sign up with them. As a consumer this has a positive impact - in theory the facilities and standards are kept to a pre-agreed level.

All About Cottages

When you choose your Hady accommodation its worth bearing in mind the group of people staying with you. Are you looking for a quaint old stone cottage in Hady with an open fire - or something a little more child friendly with nice warm carpets and central heating?

Most dog owners like to take their four legged friends away with them on trips to Hady . Not all places will welcome pets so please make sure that it's either clearly marked on the booking website, or if not drop a quick line to the owner to make sure.

Don't forget to make the most of your holiday - none of us get enough of them!

Cottages For Holidays

Self-catering holidays can be the most fun in Hady . No worrying about getting to the dining room in time, either before the hotel declares that breakfast is over, or trying to fit in with other b and b guests.

You can decide what food and drink you want to consume, and you can choose when to sit down and eat it... or even stand up and eat it! Relaxing by the river, reading a great novel, perhaps a pint in the pub - these are some of the favourite ways to enjoy some quiet time in Hady .

There's also a growing number of holidaymakers who just want to get really energetic and try new things, including abseiling, rafting, climbing and even potholing.
