Many of our cottages are extremely reasonable in price, based on their size, facilities and season. The time of year, size and facilities can make a considerable difference, but sometimes you can get more than you need for the same cost.
As with any holiday, we encourage you to ensure that the facilities meet the needs of your fellow guests (or spouses). The available amenities across our range of cottages include the basics such as central heating, to the latest technology such as wi-fi internet. Many guests book holiday cottages for a break from all this stuff and prefer to read a book, open a bottle of wine, and just relax.

Although we can't make promises on behalf of the owners and agencies, you can expect the best holiday cottages to be clean, secure and warm. The rise of cottage agencies has had a significant impact (in a good way) on the quality of places to stay.
With very few exceptions there's no longer a chasm between what it says on the cottage website and the cottage itself! We absolutely recommend you contact the owner or the agent if something is missing, broken, or simply not as advertised.
It may be easy to resolve quickly and without any further inconvenience or confusion.
