Welcome To Our Selection of Holiday Cottages

Whatever time you go to IP30, we'd like to suggest some things to take to improve your stay. Definitely pack some waterproof clothing. There's no such thing as a guarantee against the rain and there's nothing worse than being stuck inside.

We think a good book is another essential. Not just an opportunity to catch up on your reading, but also to pass the time waiting for everyone else to get themselves ready, or wait out the rain! Lastly we think turning up with a few things to eat and drink is a good start to your holiday - there's nothing worse than grumpy kids or friends when its time to unpack, and a little chocolate or a cup of coffee can work wonders. We love finding great new cottages, part of the fun of a holiday is not quite knowing where you're going!

Escape To IP30

Cottage prices in IP30 will range from high to low throughout the year, but clearly the summer months will be the most expensive as remand increases. The summer holiday period (for schools) runs from mid-July through the whole of August.

The private and state schools tend to have differing half-term dates, but normally the first half of June is summer half-term. Although we really encourage you too book your cottage early, there are opportunities for last minute bookings, so it can be worth checking.

In recent years there has been an increase in the size of cottage agencies. Generally speaking that means that someone is always checking the quality of IP30 accommodation, either in person, or based on customer feedback.

All About Cottages

Before you book that 16th Century thatched roof cottage with low ceilings, you may want to ask the tallest people in your group/family whether the olde worlds charm outweighs the pain of bumping heads on beams. Is there agreement on an old fashioned cottage, or should you be looking for something contemporary with all the modern appliances?

Dog owners often like to spend their holidays in the UK so that they can take their four legged friends with them. Many places will accept dogs, but it's always a good idea to double check in advance if it's not mentioned on the booking website.

Wherever you stay, whether it's in IP30 or elsewhere, we hope you have a fabulous holiday!

Cottages For Holidays

Without a doubt the cottage holiday is becoming a more popular way to spend free time. Why travel abroad when there are so many great places to discover at home, staying in a holiday cottage in IP30.

Escaping the inevitably dull (or stressful) daily treadmill is important for everyone. The fact that you are renting a unique 'unit' means that you can do what you want, when you want.

You have all the choice you need; you can order in a takeaway, eat out in a local restaurant or pub, and come and go as you please.
