Welcome To Our Selection of Holiday Cottages

Whatever time you go to Limehillock , we'd like to suggest some things to take to improve your stay. Preparing for a little rain is always a good plan. An umbrella and an anorak or rain coat can get everyone smiling even on the worse days.

We think a good book is another essential. Not just an opportunity to catch up on your reading, but also to pass the time waiting for everyone else to get themselves ready, or wait out the rain! There are obviously local stores that can supply you with all the food you need, but we always like to arrive with coffee, tea bags, a pint of milk, a bar of chocolate and some bread and butter for the toaster - it's good to get the energy up after a long journey. We find it really hard to decide which type of cottage we like best. Generally we just enjoy going away!

Escape To Limehillock

Although we can't make promises on behalf of the owners and agencies, you can expect the best holiday cottages to be clean, secure and warm. We've noticed a huge improvement in the quality of cottages throughout the UK in the last 10 years.

For the traveller, this is clearly great news and although inevitably there have been price rises, we think it's for the better overall. Owners and agencies have also become more responsive when there are issues and its best to deal with them as soon as possible.

If you tell them about the problem they may be able to remove it or fix it before the day is over!

All About Cottages

When you're searching for the best cottage for your stay, make sure that you've thought through the bedroom needs and allocation. Are you looking for a quaint old stone cottage in Limehillock with an open fire - or something a little more child friendly with nice warm carpets and central heating?

Many Limehillock visitors like to bring their pets (normally dogs) when they go on holiday. If the description of the Limehillock cottage does not indicate that its pet friendly, please contact the owner before confirming the booking.

Don't forget to make the most of your holiday - none of us get enough of them!

Cottages For Holidays

The rise in popularity of holiday cottages is clear - more and more people are choosing to spend their holidays in the UK. Why travel abroad when there are so many great places to discover at home, staying in a holiday cottage in Limehillock .

Escaping the inevitably dull (or stressful) daily treadmill is important for everyone. Other types of accommodation are far more rigid, which just doesn't seem so much fun to us.

You don't have to eat at set times with set menus, get out of the room by a certain time or tiptoe around other guests late at night.
