Welcome To Our Selection of Holiday Cottages

The price of a holiday cottage will vary based on size, facilities and time of year - and the demand for the area. The time of year, size and facilities can make a considerable difference, but sometimes you can get more than you need for the same cost.

Please make sure you check that each cottage has the facilities you require before you make your booking. These days you can expect many properties to offer satellite or cable television, and some will offer wi-fi and other high tech options. But the best things in life are sometimes the opposite; a quiet spot of fishing in a stream, a walk through a delightful wood, or just a good meal.

Escape To ME9

The rates for ME9 cottages are highest in the warmer months, generally aligning with the school holidays. Mid-July til the end of August are the core weeks for the ME9 school summer holidays.

If you want to avoid half-term in the summer, draw a line through the first two weeks of June. Although we really encourage you too book your cottage early, there are opportunities for last minute bookings, so it can be worth checking.

In recent years there has been an increase in the size of cottage agencies. Generally speaking that means that someone is always checking the quality of ME9 accommodation, either in person, or based on customer feedback.

All About Cottages

When you choose your ME9 accommodation its worth bearing in mind the group of people staying with you. If you have young kids in the party you may want to think twice about open fires, and of course some of the oldest cottages may have lower ceilings than those you are used to.

If you have a dog, you may like to bring him or her to ME9 with you. It's a good idea to ask the owner or agency whether you can take your pet inside the ME9 cottage. And let them know if it's not a dog!

Don't forget to make the most of your holiday - none of us get enough of them!

Cottages For Holidays

There are many benefits to a self-catering holiday in ME9. No worrying about getting to the dining room in time, either before the hotel declares that breakfast is over, or trying to fit in with other b and b guests.

And if you have specific dietary needs, whether that's something relatively common like vegetarianism or a more unusual food allergy, cooking your own food allows you peace of mind. Relaxing by the river, reading a great novel, perhaps a pint in the pub - these are some of the favourite ways to enjoy some quiet time in ME9.

But you may want to get out and burn some energy on bikes, climb a hill or mountain, or even try canoeing. Whatever you choose, please take the right clothing and equipment with you.
