Welcome To Our Selection of Holiday Cottages

If you want to have the best cottage holiday possible in PE7, we suggest a few key items to take along. Start with something to keep the rain away. You can never really be sure of the weather. An umbrella and a raincoat are a good start!

We think a good book is another essential. Not just an opportunity to catch up on your reading, but also to pass the time waiting for everyone else to get themselves ready, or wait out the rain! Although you can buy your essential food and drink items locally, it's great to have them with you so you can make a sandwich or a cup of coffee as soon as you arrive. Many people have favourite places they return to again and again, whereas we like to find new places to stay.

Escape To PE7

PE7 holiday accommodation rates increase in peak season, which is generally around the times of the school summer holidays. Mid-July til the end of August are the core weeks for the PE7 school summer holidays.

Half term dates are different for different schools, but normally summer half-term is around the first two weeks of June. It's becoming less likely to book the best cottages last minute, but by no means impossible. We recommend you give it a try.

Many cottage owners have signed themselves up with national agencies to help with the marketing and administration, which also helps keep standards to a certain level.

All About Cottages

Whether you're going away with friends or family to PE7, you'll want to consider the type of accommodation you book. Do you need twin beds or double beds, can the kids share a room, will your friends all want separate bedrooms?

Dog owners often like to spend their holidays in the UK so that they can take their four legged friends with them. Many places will accept dogs, but it's always a good idea to double check in advance if it's not mentioned on the booking website.

Have a great holiday, wherever you stay. Hopefully it will be in a cottage found through us!

Cottages For Holidays

Self-catering holidays can be the most fun in PE7. It's so much more relaxing when you can eat when it suits you - cooking exactly when you want (and whatever you want).

And if you have specific dietary needs, whether that's something relatively common like vegetarianism or a more unusual food allergy, cooking your own food allows you peace of mind. Relaxing by the river, reading a great novel, perhaps a pint in the pub - these are some of the favourite ways to enjoy some quiet time in PE7.

There's also a growing number of holidaymakers who just want to get really energetic and try new things, including abseiling, rafting, climbing and even potholing.
